Voting Membership

MEDA provides its supporters a unique opportunity to be Voting Members.

As a Voting Member, you have voting rights at MEDA International’s Annual General Meeting typically held at our annual MEDA Convention.

Motions voted on include:

  • Electing members to MEDA’s Boards of Directors
  • Appointing the Auditor of the corporation
  • Approving financial statements
“Your membership gives you a voice in MEDA’s decision-making — and your commitment strengthens our credibility, helping us attract greater funding to advance our shared mission of creating business solutions to poverty.”
Dr. Dorothy Nyambi
President & CEO, MEDA
