About Leah Katerberg: As the director of Cross Cutting Services, Leah Katerberg ensures the overall success and effective support to MEDA on cross cutting issues: Monitoring & Impact Measurement, Gender, Climate Change and Environment. She leads the team in planning and implementing leading edge support services with a focus on the introduction of enhanced/new approaches and the utilization of an appropriate mix of methodologies.
Leah is a former MEDA employee who worked on the ISS team from 2009 to 2012 as a Program Manager in Evaluation and Environmental Assessment. In 2012, Leah and her family relocated to Tanzania where she managed a large contract farming value chain project for TechnoServe serving close to half a million cotton farmers in Tanzania’s western cotton growing region. Leah returned to Canada at the end of 2013, where she established a successful consulting practice serving a variety of private companies and development organizations, including MEDA.
