2:30 p.m. - 18. Generous Living in a Self-centered World
Friday, November 3 at 2:30 p.m.
First-world Christians of our generation possess more resources than any previous generation and yet the average amount given away per household of self-professing Christians is only 2.8%. We will review statistics on giving for North Americans and reflect on ways we learned to be generous and good money managers. We will also spend time reviewing a new curriculum on seven different models of generosity we find in scripture and which may be best suited for teaching the next generosity about being responsible stewards.
