This seminar will be a discussion of the fundamentals required to become a successful start-up entrepreneur and how to sustain that business in today’s volatile world.
A particular emphasis will be on the importance of defining and integrating values into your organization’s culture, as you serve others during your career and in your business, and as you harvest the rewards of your business.
Illustrations and stories from the real world will be shared from Allon’s entrepreneurial journey, from his new book, Launching the Entrepreneur Ship, and from those in attendance.
Allon Lefever is president of Lefever Associates, a consulting firm based in Lancaster, PA, specializing in board development, entrepreneur and executive coaching, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He has been a senior executive in agriculture, manufacturing, and internet companies, has helped start 22 companies and has taken 5 companies public on NASDAQ. In addition, he taught entrepreneurship and directed the EMU MBA program for 5 years and is a former MEDA board chair. In his new book, Launching the Entrepreneurship, he emphasizes the importance of becoming a Values-Centered Entrepreneur. Allon is married to Doris Lefever and they have 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
