Cancellations and refunds

  • Before Oct 11: full refund, less a $100 CAD administration fee.
  • After Oct 11: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • After Oct 27: no fees refunded.
  • Tour fees are not refundable, except if cancelled or full.
