

Celebrating Entrepreneurship: MEDA’s Technolinks+ Project in Nicaragua (Kansas)

Jorge Luis González will be joining us from Nicaragua. Jorge is the Agribusinesses and Environment Coordinator of the Technolinks+ project at MEDA in Nicaragua.
The main objective of this project is to accelerate access to technologies to improve agricultural productivity, the quality of production and the profitability of small producers and agribusiness. Jorge oversees the implementation of 29 grant projects of agribusinesses and cooperatives in Northern Nicaragua to improve their business models, their profitability, and the incomes of their supply chain. He is also in charge of ensuring the environmental sustainability of the project interventions and the implementation of good business practices for the environment.
