This report is one in a series focused on the E-FACE Project, developed towards the end of the project to assess the changes and benefits of MEDA’s youth-oriented interventions in order to learn from and strengthen them for future interventions. This report explores an employment model used to dissuade exploitative child labor of rural youth, instead promoting safe and reliable work that builds skills for future employment or academic opportunities.
