This report presents findings of the impact assessment study that MEDA commissioned to understand the sustainable impacts of one of its past projects. Based on the selection criteria1, the Techno-Links (TL) project was selected for this study. The TL project was in operation from 2011 to 2014 and aimed to increase the incomes of rural men and women entrepreneurs in Nicaragua, Peru, and Zambia by improving their access to agricultural technology and financial products and services.
