Morocco - Mohammed

Mohammed is a teenaged male, who completed his secondary schooling. Like many young people in Morocco, he could not find work. He wanted to open his own business to help build a future for himself and his family. But in Morocco, it is not common for people to start their business or create their own jobs. And it is very difficult for young people to get access to finance to help start their businesses. Mohammed is in the MEDA program that provides him with training in how to start a business and also helps him set up a bank account. He now runs a small retail shop, and plans to expand it.
