MEDA welcomes new staff member

SimMEDA is happy to welcome Simrat Mand as our new PML/MF junior consultant / project coordinator, who started in our Waterloo office March 2. Sim has just returned to Canada from six months in Arusha, Tanzania, where she was working with Zanobia Seeds to help small-scale farmers access better inputs and market their products. Sim grew up in Tanzania before coming to Canada to complete her BSc. at McMaster and MBA at Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition to her strong educational and work background, Sim also speaks Punjabi, Hindi and Kiswahili.
