Business and Faith
Embracing a vision to “Change the World” peopleCare Communities is developing leaders through an opportunity to contribute by doing something beyond themselves. Designing a platform which gives team members more than time, money and technology to do their job; learning is inspired through experience; made possible by cultivating relationships and partners at home and around the world. It is the experience that ignites passion from within, far beyond classroom learning.
Connecting with MEDA’s Ghana GROW project has given the organization an understanding that while skill, knowledge and on the job training is essential to growth; leaders need something more. It is the emotional experience that inspires transformation.
Elaine Shantz, President and COO, will moderate a panel discussion to share how this opportunity was created through “Beyond Ourselves”; and the way in which it was integrated across their organization.
