Join MEDA’s Marlin Hershey and Marion Good on a visit to the Ukraine Horticulture Development Project.

Visit small holder farmers in Crimea and Zaporozhzhia who through MEDA’s assistance and training are now realizing increased productivity and higher profit margins and more accessible markets.

See firsthand the sustainable system of linkages between supply growers and buyers in the value chain.

The farmers from many of the farms that will be visited just last year traveled from Ukraine to Ontario to visit greenhouse growers.

The trip also includes two days of visiting Russian Mennonite historic sites.

We will finish the week by spending a day at the beautiful historic city of Yalta on the Black Sea.
