MEDA's convention rate of $128 single/double, plus taxes per night, is available through October 1, 2008. Call Renaissance reservations at (800) 417-1057 and use code "MED" for all reservations. Note: there is no charge for children staying with their parents.

Transportation

Take I-670 to the Third Street exit, proceed 4 blocks south on Third Street to the hotel.

Rental Cars
Avis, the convention's official car rental company, is offering a special discount to MEDA attendees. For reservations simply call (800) 331-1600 and quote Avis Worldwide Discount AWD #J867763 or book on-line.

Hotel parking
The rate for parking is $18 USD per vehicle with unlimited in and out access. Parking is based on availability.

Shuttle
From Port Columbus International Airport: call Urban Express Shuttle at (877) 840-0411 to reserve your ride. One-way is $17 USD per person and round trip is $25 USD (rates subject to change).

Taxis
Most taxi companies offer flat rates to and from the airport. A one-way trip on the meter is about $20 USD with tip (rates subject to change).
