Community Economic Development
The purpose of CED is to create sustainable livelihoods in distressed
communities. MEDA CED strengthens businesses and organizations that train and support low and
moderate income entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses, create jobs for
low-income individuals, and revitalize distressed communities.
